We are an associated institute and research organization of TU Dresden (Technical University Dresden).
NaMLab (abbr. Nanoelectronic Materials Laboratory) provides industry oriented research in material science. We concentrate on new and promising nano-electronic materials for the semiconductor and energy conversion applications of tomorrow.
